Strategies for Managing Work-Life Balance and Avoiding Burnout
Achieving a healthy work-life balance is essential for maintaining good mental health. The constant pressure to exceed expectations in our professional lives often leads to us neglecting personal well-being, resulting in burnout. Burnout is a state of chronic physical and emotional exhaustion resulting from prolonged periods of excessive stress, overwhelming workload, or intense pressure.
